Wiem, że masz obawy przed wyjazdem do Afryki. Przed chorobami, szczepieniami, dzikimi zwierzętami, … ludźmi. Nie inaczej niż ja, zanim zrobiłem to pierwszy raz. Pamiętam mój powrót z Australii podczas wojny w Kuwejcie i ptasią grypę w Hongkongu, a potem jej świńską odmianę w Meksyku. A lądowanie na Bermudach z powodu … przepełnionego zbiornika na nieczystości w wielkim jak smok Airbusie (zaraz po wybuchu wulkanu na Islandii)? Mass media rules! Trochę zdrowego rozsądku, więcej własnych doświadczeń, zamiast bezkrytycznej akceptacji niebieskoekranowych wiadomości! Afryka “za Saharą” uzależnia, budzi miłość, zachwyt, zdumienie, pokorę … Już nigdy nie będzie Ci obojętna. Erindi Private Game Reserve Afryka to … luksus i to nie tylko czasu i przestrzeni. To także namacalna jakość lodgy, smaków, świetnych przewodników i pełnych poświęcenia ludzi, którzy walczą o przetrwanie świata zwierząt oraz … żyjących tam, często w ogromnej biedzie, rdzennych mieszkańców. Nowym odkryciem tegorocznej wyprawy jest Erindi. Niegdyś ogromny, prywatny teren polowań, dzisiaj znakomicie utrzymany Game reserve (70 tys. ha!). Dużo zwierzyny w odległości 2 godzin jazdy od Windhuku to fenomen. Słonie, hipopotamy, lwy, lamparty, całe zastępy antylop i nosorożce. Jeśli nie lubicie łykać malarone – to idealne miejsce na safari – malaria free! I know that you may be afraid of going to Africa. Fear of diseases, vaccination, wild animals … people. I was feeling the same way before my first trip there. But I also remember my return from Australia during the war in Kuwait and avian flu in Hong Kong, then its swine variety in Mexico and landing in Bermuda because of … overflowing septic tank in a big as a dragon Airbus (after the volcanic eruption in Iceland).
